Being able to work in teams is a must have skill even if you're a freelancer. 

Here it goes without saying that the graphic designer must have passion and committed to their work in order to bring out the full force of creativity and establish a stable life as a designer. This is the core that will help a designer to deal with the stress and downside of the designer life such as long working hours, confusing design briefs and heavy workloads.
